The business model for YouHere is: "We script it, we shoot it, we edit it". Since they make online video content for websites, the homepage features a video that quickly explains what they do.

Since they're a new media company, they wanted the site to be very energetic and incorporate motion graphics. We backed up this Flash content with HTML alternate content so that it could be accessible by Google.
