Instructions for signing up with MediaTemple

  • Click this link to MediaTemple (the page will open in it’s own window)
  • Click on the first image on the left which says (gs) Grid Service $20/mo
  • Click the Activate button on the right
  • Input your Domain Name in the box on the left.
  • Select whether or not you are registering your domain now or if you own it already.
  • Fill in your personal and billing info.
  • Send us the two emails they send you and we’ll take care of the rest.

Instructions for signing up with InMotion Hosting

  • Go to the InMotion signup page. (the page will open in its own window)
  • Click the button that says Order Now
  • In the section titled Launch Select either 12 or 24 months
  • On the next screen, choose either I would like to purchase a new domain, or I already own this domain or will handle the registration separately. Either way you will need to type in the domain name after where it says www.
  • The next screen will hopefully say ‘congratulations’ your domain is available. If so, you can just hit continue, if not, you’ll need to and try again until you get the ‘congratulations’ screen.
  • On the next screen in the Account Options area, enter a password, and choose Site may also include large images, movies, or music
  • Under max speed zone put east if you’re on the east coast, or west if you’re on the west coast. If neither, put not sure
  • Fill out your billing information, in Referred by, please put mimoymima
  • Fill in credit card info and click I Agree then Purchase Account
