Brent Lagerman

Creative Director

Brent started designing websites all the way back in the Cretaceous period, aka the 90s. He combines natural design talent with with a passion for front-end web programming. He’s also a rabid Syracuse basketball fan, a connoisseur of Spanish wines, and an avid roof-deck gardener.

Teresa Lagerman

Director of Marketing

Teresa keeps the mYm operations running smoothly. Comments, questions, suggestions? Call Teresa. You want to talk about your project status? Call Teresa. She’s also our resident baker, keeping the team’s blood sugar level in balance.

Chi Wai Hui

Lead Web Designer

Wai is a multi-talented web designer. He can design a site, program it, cross-browser test with the best of them, and then program a custom email template for you to tell the world about it. He rules the handball court and can fix anything. Really… anything.

Roger L.

Lead Developer

Roger is our resident programming expert. Back-end, front-end… he does it all. In fact, he’s got so many programming hours under his belt that he’s turned into a robot.

Designer / Front-End developer

Elisa is one of those hard-to-find people who combines a great eye for design with programming knowledge and a truly lovely personality.

Kim Hui

Animator

Kim adds magic to mimoYmima. Whenever we need to bring a site alive with animation, Kim is there to make it happen.

Lasha Krikheli

Front-End Developer

Lasha is the jQuery dude. An expert front-end coder, he’s our go-to guy when we need more complicated interactivity on a site.

Anthony Tripaldi

Flash/Actionscript Dev Team

Anthony has been working with us since the actionscript 2.0 days. He pushes the limits of what’s possible with flash, and is branching out into mobile app development as well. If you can’t find him during winter months, chances are he’s on the Colorado slopes.

Brian Maci

Flash/Actionscript Dev Team

Brian is a flash/actionscript rockstar. You dream it, he can make it happen. He and Anthony have worked as a team for us on many high profile flash jobs including interactive map apps for Amazing Race and other CBS shows.
